Jeanette Jackson is Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of Light-Based Technologies (LBT) Incorporated. Jeanette established LBT in 2004 to offer simple, cost-effective and intelligent analogue control solutions that revolutionize the SSL industry. With several applications market ready and many more on the way, Jeanette has positioned LBT as a true alternative to the control solutions currently applied in this vast market.

Andy Aaron has acquired a wealth of expertise over his career in business. Andy possesses more than 25 years of experience in management and operations along side a strong background in sales and marketing. A major portion of his career has been involved in illumination and custom display manufacturing where his understanding of lighting and the behavior of light has been applied to various types of products.
Andy took his undergraduate degree and graduate studies in the United States, and has lived in Canada since 1980.
